POTATO CARROT are LIKE BASE, Cashew sauce ✨ Fresh Lightweight Vegetable Making sauce

Adding Cashew complemented the carrot potato beans capsicum sauce yummy and tastier I stir fried the ginger garlic with onions before blending so that it rawness goes off and can be used until dinner and this method of presauting the raw ginger garlic in oil makes the gravy better and melts into the sauce completely , adding cashew makes the dramatic changes in sauce taste which thickens the kurma and color of the gravy .


Prefer to add less carrots in vegetable sauce or kurma if you want spicy kurma as it sweeten in nature i here added only 2 small carrots in the kurma another thing is boil the potato atlast while after dropping gravy cashew paste so that it enriches the kurma and complements each veggies into the sauce.

▼INGREDIENTS:

For paste:

Oil - 2 tbsp

ginger - 18 g

garlic - 25 g

Cashewnut - 30 g

Chopped onion - 2


For kurma

onion - 2

tomato - 4

Boiled potato - 2

carrot - 2

beans - 100 g

capsicum - 3

coconut - 65 g

water - 1200 ml

homemade masala - 5 tbsp

salt - 2 tsp

coriander and curry leaves
