✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:
▼INGREDIENTS:
Eggs - 7 ( for boiling eggs - 530 ml of water required )
Ginger - 10 g
garlic - 13 g
Onions -3
tomato - 1
pepper powder - 1 tsp
homemade masala - 2 tsp
salt- 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
60 g of oil
water- 190 ml
curry leaves and coriander - 1 spring
▼PROCEDURE:
Take 7 eggs we going to boil this
pour 530 ml of water to it keep medium flame
after 5 minutes change flame simmer
cook simmer on 25 minutes until cracks on eggs
you can see the cracks on eggs now turn off the flame
let it cool keep aside
ginger - 10 g
garlic - 13 g
some onions to blend well the paste
pour 60 g of oil on high flame
add 3 onions and saute until transparent
add ginger garlic paste
now change flame to simmer as ginger garlic paste get burn at bottom wok
now saute in oil until rawness goes off
add 1 tomato and cook for 5 min
change flame to medium
turmeric powder - 1 /2 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp to taste
homemade masala - 2 tsp
Pour 190 ml of water
sprinkle curry leaves and coriander
this gravy must cook on simmer for 15 minutes
meanwhile we peel of the egg skin
take the hot eggs into the plate
pour cold water
remove the egg shell
now gravy thickens add pepper powder - 1 spoon
cook again for 10 minutes let pepper mixed well
now cut the eggs vertically
use bigger knife to cut otherwise it skip from hands
the half egg with yolk seems cute
this recipe is awesome for home guest
drop the eggs gently one by one
