Cabbage with bengal gram dhal | Sidedish recipe Few Ingredients & Few minutes to prepare (100% tasty)
✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:

Cabbage - 1 full
Chopped onions- 1
Chopped tomato - 1
Bengal gram dal - 100 g (washed)
water- 400 ml
homemade masala - 1 full table spoon
salt- 2 tsp
turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
ginger - 5 pcs crushed
garlic - 8 cloves crushed
oil- 8 tbsp
▼PROCEDURE:
Bengal gram dhal - 100 g
water - 400 ml
keep on medium flame
4 whistles
Turn off flame and keep aside do not open instantly leave to cool
oil - 10 tbsp high flame
fennel seeds - 1tbsp
cinnamon - 5 stick
cloves - 5
crushed ginger - 5 pcs | garlic - 8 cloves
change medium flame
chopped onion - 1 medium size
chopped tomato -1
keep sauting for 3 minutes until cooked
cabbage - 1 full size chopped and washed
mix gently on medium flame
it will get shrinked in oil with constant stirring
cook for 10 minutes with constant stirring the cabbage
homemade masala - 1 full table spoon
salt - 2 tsp
sprinkle coriander leaves
add this to the cabbage and mix well
now cook on simmer for 20 min meanwhile saute 1 time
turn off flame
