MUTTON LIVER | How do you SOFTEN MUTTON LIVER ❓COOK TIME | Delicioussorange

Cooking MUTTON LIVER PEPPER FRY with homemade masala only |always adding pepper atlast to enhance taste I always precook the mutton liver to extract the bad cholestrol water and drain it and drop it into the masala sauce simultaneously ,

also you can check my various non vegetarian recipes the similar process this will boost our immune system and avoids rawness in the mutton liver sometimes you may not wash the liver properly there you can precook and make the liver fresher even and drop into it .


i always add pepper powder at last to enhance the taste thats my final touch

How do you SOFTEN MUTTON LIVER

✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:

▼INGREDIENTS:

Mutton liver - 400 g

chopped onion - 3 medium size

chopped tomato - 1 medium size

ginger - 1/4 cup

garlic- 1 full cloves

homemade masala - 2 tbsp

salt- 1 tsp

pepper powder - 1 tsp

coriander - 1 spring

turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

water- 450 ml


▼PROCEDURE:


Ginger - 1/4 cup

Garlic - 1 full cloves

some onions to blend well the paste

oil - half cup medium flame

chopped onions - 3

usually non veg recipes consumes more oil

saute on oil

now add ginger garlic paste

saute until onions becomes transparent

add one chopped tomato and cook 5 to 10 minutes

Homemade masala - 2 tbsp

this masala is enough as it give nice aroma

salt - 1 tsp

water - 1 full cup

cover with lid and keep medium flame

simultaneously, take 400 g mutton liver washed

pre cook on high flame

add turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp to avoid raw smell

the process of precooking liver separately is to extract dirty water

keep sauting continuously so that it doesn't burn at bottom wok

it took me 7 minutes to extract this water in 400 g mutton liver

drop the mutton liver into the cooking sauce pronto

leave the water alone

This process of making liver fry is extremely healthy

cook for 40 minutes on simmer , meanwhile check and stir for 3 times

all water evaporated into it make sure it doesn't burn at bottom wok

coarsed pepper powder - 1 tsp

sprinkle coriander leaves

saute it 5 minutes and turn off flame

serve hot with briyani recipes goes awesome
