Boiled potatoes - 5
Onion - 4
Tomato - 4
Garlic - 13 cloves
ginger- 13 pcs small
green chillies - 7 small
home made masala - 1/2 tsp for kofta (2 tsp for gravy)
salt - 1/4 tbsp for kofta ( 1/2 tsp for gravy)
corn flour - 2 tbsp
cashewnuts - 1/4 cup
almonds - 1/4 cup
dry grapes - 1/4 cup
butter - 2 tbsp
grated paneer - 1/2 cup
coriander - 1/4 cup
maida (refined flour) - 1/2 cup
water - 2 glass
oil as required
