Today i shared a fabulous mushroom recipes i have made mushrooms in two ways both for rice and breakfast it goes amazing. the mushroom sabji or mushroom curry whatever you call will make your cooking method easier and good for serving. when i have spoon full of mushroom to taste, no words the recipe is on fleek . mushroom kosha is famous in north side. and in south too it is quiet famous i made in unique way both the method is easier and suitable for all types of breakfast. in south we say mushroom sabji. i made it as garlic butter mushroom. and second method is suitable for making crab recipes too. provided link here.

1 st method:
mushroom - 300 g finely chopped onions - 2 tomato - 4 coriander - 1 cup red chilli - 1 tsp garam masala - 1.5 tsp salt - 1 tsp cardamom - 4 cloves - 5 cinnamon - 2 stick home made masala - 2 tsp oil - 2tbsp
FOR GRAVY PASTE : onion - 1 tomato - 2 ginger - 6 inch garlic- 12 cloves
2 nd method:
FOR GRAVY PASTE : oil- 3 tbsp garlic-15 cloves green chilli - 3 ginger - 10 pcs /10 inch pepper - 1 tsp onion - 2
cooking time : 20 minutes serving: 4
MUSHROOM GRAVY: oil - 4 tbsp onion - 1 tomato - 2 coriander powder - 1tsp garam masala -1/2 tsp home made masala - 1.5 tsp turmeric - 1/4 tsp salt - 1 tsp mushroom - 400 g coriander- 1 spring water - 1 glass
cooking time : 25 minutes serving: 4
