▼INGREDIENTS:

Rice - 400 g

Water - 900 ml

soak rice for 2 hours after washing thorougly in plain water


▼PROCEDURE:

Today I will show How to boil rice in perfectly

Boiling rice in this way seems Non sticky and goes well for all sauce recipes

Make sure You buy quality rice for cooking and Intaking

Usually I buy Lankar brand of rice but this rice is another brand will provide the link in description

Use heavy vessel like this for boiling rice

Pouring 900 ml of water into the vessel

Keep high flame let it bubbles and boils

Meanwhile i washed the 400 g rice and soaked in water for 2 hours

Now add the soaked rice in water

Let it boil on medium flame for 5 minutes under cover with plate

It starts spilling hence remove the plate and change Simmer flame

Stir 2 times is more than enough It you stir constantly Rice will break

Let it boil on simmer for 20 minutes

check meanwhile whether all rice is cooked inside

This is the form of rice neither hard nor marshy

You can make great recipe easily but cooking Rice is highly a challenging task even for pro level cook

Drain the water completely

Now the rice can be served for all type of gravy and sauce and curries

The rice is non sticky and fleshy

after cooling the rice water add pinch of salt

This helps in digestion when you have heavy meal

sometimes I may also use this to grow plants effectively without adding salt
