Brinjal - 1/2 kg
Onion - 3
Tomato - 3
lemon - half
Cinnamon - 3 sticks
cloves - 1/2 tsp
fennel seeds - 1 tsp
home made masala - 2 tbsp
salt - 1 tsp
coriander leaves - 1 cup
Oil - 1 full cup
water as required
TO MAKE GINGER GARLIC PASTE;
Ginger - 10 inch
garlic - 15 cloves
Onion - 1 (small)
