The Secret Ingredient: Unlocking the Delicate Flavors of Mushroom Biryani

Exploring Mushroom Biryani with Basmati rice

✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:

▼INGREDIENTS:

Basmati Rice - 360 g

Garlic - 16 g

ginger - 13 g

Tomato - 3

Onion - 1

Mint leaves - 25 g

water- req

oil - 52 ml

Red chilli masala - 1/4 tsp

Salt - 1 tsp

Turmeric - 1/4 tsp

200 g of mushroom


▼PROCEDURE:

Garlic - 16 g and ginger - 13 g peeled and 1 tomato

Basmati Rice - 360 g

wash 2 times in bore water to remove dirt

Soak in drinking water for 15 minutes

Pour oil - 52 ml in medium flame

Cinnamon - 4 small stick | cloves - 5 | Cardamom - 3

Once heated add Onion - 1 medium size

Saute until transparent

This is simple and easy to make instantly specially for beginners and bachelors

tomatoes - 2 medium size

Saute all tomatoes mashes completely

Now add the blended ginger garlic paste

the gravy is aromatic keep flame medium

Red chilli masala - 1/4 tsp

Salt - 1 tsp

Turmeric - 1/4 tsp

200 g of mushroom washed in water

saute in oil itself for 5 min

mint leaves - 25 g

This recipe is great for instant guest goes well with onion raita or mint chutney

Pour water - 700 ml

Now add soaked basmati rice 360g

Mix well

Close with lid and keep 3 whistles on high flame

after 3 whistles turn off the flame and leave for 15 minutes to release pressure completely

once pressure released open the pressure cooker ensure safety always

since we have poured ample water the rice is not over cooked it seems perfect

You can make mushroom biryani quickly in no time
