Here I am Exploring CURRY LEAF Gravy Hails the CHICKEN ROASTED different style with minimalist ingredients also I mentioned what are the material that I used for this recipe. Use fresh succulent chicken pieces for the gravy such as fresh mint , coriander curry leaves etc.
✨ABOUT THE RECIPE:
▼INGREDIENTS:
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp for chicken marinate remaining for gravy :
Garlic- 35 g / 3 cloves full
Ginger - 55 g
Chopped onions - 2
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Homemade masala - 1 tbsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1 /2 tsp
curd - 1/4 cup
chicken (washed) - 1 kg
Squeeze half lemon
corn flour - 1.5 tbsp
For curry leaf gravy:
Green chilli - 5
chopped onion - 2
curry leaves and coriander leaves fresh - 1 plate
Oil - 1 cup
Homemade masala - 1/2 tbsp (If not have use red chilli powder)
Salt - 1 tsp
For chicken 65:
Oil - 1/2 litre
▼PROCEDURE:
Take peeled Garlic - 35 g / 3 medium size
add Ginger - 55 g
Chopped Onion - 2
Blend it into smooth paste
I make ginger garlic paste with onions
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Homemade masala - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Curd - 1/4 cup
Chicken - 1 kg (washed )
Mixing properly is really important so that it absorbs completely
Leave for 2 hours
After 2 hours open and squeeze half lemon
Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
Green chilli - 5
Chopped onion - 2
keep some what of onion for gravy
Curry Leaf and coriander fresh
These gravy gonna be yummy as curryleaf seems fresh
heat 1 cup of oil in a pan
some chopped onions as we left before blending
Saute high flame till transparent the onion becomes
Chopped Tomato - 1
Add remaining ginger garlic paste
Change medium Flame
Homemade masala - 1 /2 tbsp
Keep stirring continuously
Salt - 1 tsp
Add the blended curry leaf paste to it
Saute for 5 min on medium flame
Some water from left over paste
Cook for 15 minutes on simmer meanwhile saute 3 times
Now turn off the flame
Simultaneously pour oil for frying chicken
Once oil heaten up drop the chicken gently
You should fry the chicken simultaneously while curry leaf gravy cooks on other side
Fry on medium flame for 10 minutes
Keep stirring at intervals
Once fried take it into the plate
fry the remaining chicken pieces
Be careful while frying chicken in oil
Now take one by one and drop into the hot curry leaf gravy
do not pour as it is from plate as black spot pieces will get mixed
Ignore those black spots and drop the chicken alone one by one gently
These is tedious process but once you learn to make it there comes magical charming taste
You can serve hot with Biryani recipes
